Overview
Telkomsel Digital World (TDW) is a project that manages the MyTelkomsel application. In this project, I hold the position of a Web API Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in feature discussions with the SSO division to define specifications for functionalities such as login, profile management, and account binding.
- Collaborating in feature discussions with the payment division to define specifications for services such as purchasing packages, top-ups, and bill payments.
- Developing SSO dan Payment features based on specifications provided by Solution Analysts and Product Owners, ensuring delivery within defined story points.
- Supporting API testing processes, from System Integration Testing (SIT) to Functional User Testing (FUT).
- Assisting in resolving production issues to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
